"Great communication, and very happy with my policy! Frank reached out and left a voicemail about a possible rate decrease, seeing as I had been insured through them in the past. Little did he know, I was actively stressing at home about how I was going to be able to afford car insurance as a single mom who has gotten a bit behind financially. I went from feeling hopeless and stuck, believing there was no way I’d be able to find a policy I’d be able to afford, to being insured the same day I signed up shortly after speaking with Frank. Newly excited to have my independence back when it comes to transportation. He was patient and understanding, kind and easy to talk to! His information on the policy and instructions were clear and well explained, he made the process very smooth and easy! It was a blessing having him as my agent!"

Ryan, the office manager is amazing! He is personable, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. PIP insurance can be confusing. However, Ryan broke it down for me in a way that I understood. Customer service is very important to me, and I’m proud to be working with Ridge Tefft -State Farm Insurance with Ryan and his team!
Frank called me to see if I was satisfied with my car insurance coverage. His call was timely, because there was a change in my polic ex y that I wasn’t aware of. Frank explained the pros and cons of the change. This allowed me to make an informed decision. Frank is patient, polite, kind and very professional.
