"2/11/26 Ryan, the office manager is amazing! He is personable, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. PIP insurance can be confusing. However, Ryan broke it down for me in a way that I understood. Customer service is very important to me, and I’m proud to be working with Ridge Tefft -State Farm Insurance with Ryan and his team! Frank called me to see if I was satisfied with my car insurance coverage. His call was timely, because there was a change in my polic ex y that I wasn’t aware of. Frank explained the pros and cons of the change. This allowed me to make an informed decision. Frank is patient, polite, kind and very professional. He also mentioned that State Farm has investments opportunities as well. Thank you Frank for your excellent customer service!!!"
