"After almost a decade with state farm for vehicle and home ins. I have switched. Today I had a very disappointing interaction with this office. We turned PIP papers in signed on the day we were told to. We get an email saying we didn't turn them in on time and were being charged for unlimited PIP, almost 400 dollars extra. Called our agent and we were told when they say by a date they actually mean before it and basically we have to foot the bill. Never been late on payments or short on payments, clean driving record and have never made a claim. Takeaway from this is we switched to liberty mutual today and are now paying almost $200 less a month for 3 vehicles and home owners insurance, exact same coverage."
